Occupational Therapist (OT) Role
As an Occupational Therapist / OT, you will play a vital role in our team's mission to focus on each patient as an individual, meeting their unique clinical needs and creating a dynamic healing environment.
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program required.
- Valid National Provider Identification (NPI) number necessary.
- Minimum of six months of occupational therapy experience preferred.
- Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
- Current CPR certification required.
