What Makes Our Practice Different

This is not a typical oral surgery assisting position.

You'll work alongside specialists performing advanced implant surgery, bone grafting, full-arch rehabilitation, and IV sedation using modern technology including CBCT imaging, digital treatment planning, and robotic-assisted implant surgery.

Unlike most oral surgery practices, you'll have the opportunity to understand the complete implant journey—from surgical planning and implant placement through final restoration. Cross-training with our prosthodontic team provides a broader clinical perspective and opportunities to continue expanding your skills.

You'll Succeed Here By

• Assisting the oral surgeon during advanced surgical procedures
• Preparing and maintaining a sterile surgical environment
• Supporting patients before, during, and after treatment with confidence and compassion
• Assisting with IV sedation workflows and patient monitoring (training provided as needed)
• Taking high-quality digital imaging and CBCT scans
• Maintaining efficient operatory turnover and instrument sterilization
• Helping create a calm, organized, and positive experience for every patient
