RMH‑NY seeks a detail‑oriented professional to support a short‑term data integrity project. This role will focus on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of donor and constituent records while partnering with our Senior Salesforce Director.
Role/Responsibilities
- Review, resolve, and merge duplicate contact and account records.
- Maintain exceptional accuracy while updating and validating CRM data.
- Manage a task‑driven workload independently and efficiently.
- Communicate progress with supervisors and collaborate with existing team members as needed.
- Handle, edit, anddeleteconfidential donor informationin accordance withprivacy standards.
- Navigate highly manual processes with patience and consistency.
- Approach all work with an understanding and appreciation for the complexity of frontline fundraising operations.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising operationspreferred.
- Prior experience working within a CRMstronglypreferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and comfort with process‑driven work.
- Proven ability to work with confidential information responsibly.
- Strong Excel skills and data literacy.
