Temporary Data Integrity Associate

RMH‑NY seeks a detail‑oriented professional to support a short‑term data integrity project. This role will focus on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of donor and constituent records while partnering with our Senior Salesforce Director.

Role/Responsibilities

• Review, resolve, and merge duplicate contact and account records.
• Maintain exceptional accuracy while updating and validating CRM data.
• Manage a task‑driven workload independently and efficiently.
• Communicate progress with supervisors and collaborate with existing team members as needed.
• Handle, edit, anddeleteconfidential donor informationin accordance withprivacy standards.
• Navigate highly manual processes with patience and consistency.
• Approach all work with an understanding and appreciation for the complexity of frontline fundraising operations.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising operationspreferred.
• Prior experience working within a CRMstronglypreferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort with process‑driven work.
• Proven ability to work with confidential information responsibly.
• Strong Excel skills and data literacy.

• The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud. Noise levels often increase with families and children who have temporary residence in the building as well as guests and musical performers forspecial eventsas well as mechanical equipment
