What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Pittsburgh and Morgantown?
Reporting to the Family Services Director, the Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning the common areas and apartments of the house, which contribute to the established goals and operations of the Ronald McDonald House Morgantown.
· Responsible for ensuring guest rooms are cleaned and ready for check-ins based upon the established schedule and procedures
· Responsible for cleaning common hallways within the House and public areas based upon the established schedule and procedures
· Responsible for cleaning the main kitchen based upon established schedules and procedures.
· Complete special assignments and projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
· A minimum of three years of housekeeping experience
· High School Diploma or equivalent experience
· Interest, enthusiasm and affinity for non-profit organizations and working with people
· Criminal Background Clearances
This position requires lifting up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting/carrying of up to 10 lbs. The position also requires walking, standing and sitting.
Non-exempt
Pay: $15.00 per hour
