Ron Tonkin Toyota is one of the fastest-growing dealerships in the Greater Portland Area. With business booming, we are interested in adding a motivated Service BDC Representative to our Service Team.

Our Service BDC Representatives play a key role on our team, acting as the face and voice of our Service Department. Your job would revolve heavily around providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate would have a bright personality and previous experience operating a phone system and computer.

Service BDC Representative Job Responsibilities

• Scheduling customers into our online system efficiently.
• Assisting customers with rental vehicle arrangements.
• Delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proactive outbound service scheduling and follow-up.
• Answering service calls and managing email correspondence.

Service BDC Representative Benefits and Compensation

Compensation: Up to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Service BDC Representative Qualifications

• Prior experience in either a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative Role is preferred.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Computer and phone literacy.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Candidates must be 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.
