As a Rental Agent at Ron Tonkin Honda, you will manage the rental process for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your primary responsibilities will include handling rental agreements, ensuring vehicle availability, and providing exceptional customer service.

Rental Agent Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their rental needs
• Explain rental terms and conditions clearly and concisely
• Process rental agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
• Coordinate vehicle availability and ensure vehicles are clean and ready for rental
• Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer information
• Inspect rental vehicles upon return for any damages and process returns efficiently
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, rental procedures, and industry best practices

Rental Agent Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or rental services preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
