Car Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Greet customers, help diagnose their needs, and explain how their needs translate to a new vehicle
- Show and explain exactly what their new car has and how it operates
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
- Negotiate sales transactions
- Attend training and sales meetings
- Complete sales transaction paperwork

Experienced Car Sales Representative Requirements
- 2 years of prior automotive sales experience. (New car franchise is preferred but not required)
- In-depth knowledge of how to use and operate a CRM, preferably DriveCentric
- Ability to source and chase down leads
- MOPAR experience preferred
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
