About Us

We are a growing collision repair facility committed to delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Collision Estimator to join our team and help guide customers through the repair process from start to finish.

Position Summary

The Collision Estimator is responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles, preparing accurate repair estimates, communicating with insurance companies, and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to industry standards. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and insurance partners throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities

· Inspect damaged vehicles and assess repair needs.

· Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software.

· Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines and expectations.

· Work directly with insurance adjusters to finalize repair costs.

· Order necessary parts and coordinate with technicians throughout the repair process.

· Monitor repair progress and update estimates as needed.

· Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.

· Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of estimates and repair records.

· Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive client relationships.

Qualifications

· Previous experience as a Collision Estimator, Auto Damage Appraiser, or a related role is preferred.

· Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, repair procedures, and insurance claims processes.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are preferred.

· Must be at least 18 years old.
