Key Responsibilities
- Guide & Assist: Provide an exceptional, transparent buying experience for every guest online, over the phone, and in person.
- Product Expertise: Build a strong knowledge of Buick and GMC vehicle features, technology, and financing options to assist customers effectively.
- Test Drives & Demos: Demonstrate vehicle technology and conduct dynamic test drives.
- Lead & CRM Management: Follow up with internet leads, manage customer relationships, and track sales progress using our state-of-the-art CRM.
- Delivery & Customer Experience: Ensure smooth vehicle handoffs, complete necessary paperwork, and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Prior experience in automotive sales, retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus (we provide complete training!).
- Tech-savvy with comfortable phone/email/video communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
