Availability: Must be available to work 10-20-hour work week

Must submit availability request days off in advance.

Refusal of 3 runs in a 90-day period will result in dismissal

SUMMARY: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Long Drives (up to 15 hours) to pick up vehicles purchased for our used car business.
• Deliver vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensure necessary paperwork is complete, accurate and matches the appropriate vehicle. Cross reference vehicle identification number and stock number for each vehicle.
• Ensure a copy of the dealer invoice accompanies paperwork for each vehicle.
• Ensure that the vehicle being traded is clean and undamaged prior to making delivery.
• Thoroughly inspect newly traded vehicles (interior and exterior) before accepting delivery from dealership.
• Ensure a safe and successful transfer of the vehicle to its destination, including complete inspection of vehicle prior to and post transfer
• Conduct Home Deliveries
  • Check mileage and vin number before leaving the Dealership
    • Check all signers Driver license before beginning signing process
    • Please have a blue ink pen for the guest to use
    • Verify with a team leader if the guest wants to change the delivery location
    • Guest must sign as it is typed. Only exception would be if the guest signature matches the Driver License signature.
    • REPORT TO THE TEAM LEADER OR BUSINESS MANGER IF TRANSACTION APPEARS SUSPICIOUS

• Certifications as required by dealer
• Must maintain valid Driver's License that meets dealership insurability requirements.
