We are seeking a seasoned, professional line cook who is eager to grow with our team at Ron Jaworski's Running Deer Golf Club. You must be able to maintain a positive work atmosphere and thrive in high-pressure situations.
As a line cook, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing your culinary talents to prepare and cook great tasting menu items according to established recipes and menu plans.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.

Working Conditions:
1. Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 20 lbs. occasionally
2. Work extended hours during golf and holiday season

6. Fast paced high traffic areas with a moderate to loud noise level
Qualifications:Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma
2. Culinary School Degree preferred.
3. 2 Years experience in restaurant and banquet arenas
4. Must be neat and present a professional appearance at all times.
5. Must have excellent communication skills.
