Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily golf operations, managing a talented team including the Director of Golf, Sales Team, and F&B Managers.
- Drive membership sales with goal-setting, strategy, and excellent member relations.
- Maintain and expand the customer base by addressing concerns and fostering a positive environment.
- Ensure open communication through daily club walk-throughs and routine inspections of operations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on budget creation, revenue analysis, and expense forecasting.
- Develop Food and Beverage knowledge, overseeing outside F&B, Tavern, and Catering facilities.
- Implement revenue-generating strategies and assist in managing the reservation system.
- Plan and coordinate special events, aligning with the financial goals of the club.
- Assume General Manager responsibilities in their absence.
- Support Ron Jaworski Golf initiatives and programs as directed.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of related Golf and/or F&B Operations Management experience.
- Proven ability to manage P&L's and budgets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
- Strong business aptitude and service orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail oriented.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to lift/handle up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays during the golf season.
- Physical activity including standing, walking, and bending.
- Moderate exposure to various weather conditions.

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
