Your Role in Our Road to Success:
- Supervise and coordinate daily shop operations
- Assign work orders and manage workflow to meet deadlines
- Lead, train, and mentor shop personnel
- Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards
- Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized shop
- Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with complex jobs
- Communicate with management regarding productivity, staffing, and equipment needs
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or similar role
- Strong technical background in RV's and Marine
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Weekend availability
