What You’ll Do:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Representatives
- Monitor and manage sales performance, closing ratios, and profitability
- Work closely with the General Manager to meet or exceed sales goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Coach staff on proper sales procedures, product knowledge, and dealership policies
- Manage inventory levels and participate in lot organization and merchandising
- Support finance and insurance processes to close deals effectively
- Uphold company values, policies, and processes at all times
What You Bring:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Representative in RV, automotive, or a similar retail setting
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
- Ability to manage and track sales performance metrics
- Customer-first mindset and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
