Ron Carlos Salon is looking for a warm, organized, hospitality-driven Salon Coordinator to help create an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Position Overview

The Salon Coordinator is responsible for guest experience, front desk operations, and supporting the service team to ensure the salon runs smoothly throughout the day.

You will be the first and last impression of the salon, helping guests feel welcomed, cared for, and confident they are in great hands.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professionalism

• Offer beverages and ensure guests feel comfortable during their visit

• Manage check-out and rebooking with attention to detail

• Educate guests on services, promotions, and retail recommendations

• Maintain a calm and polished experience even during busy times

Scheduling & Coordination

• Manage salon scheduling and appointment flow

• Support stylists with booking optimization and service timing

• Assist with confirming appointments and managing waitlists

• Communicate clearly with the service team throughout the day

Salon Operations

• Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness

• Assist with retail displays and product inventory

• Support social media content when needed

• Assist with promotions, events, and salon campaigns

• Ensure the guest area stays clean, stocked, and inviting

Team Support

• Help service providers stay on schedule

• Support with laundry, dishes, and light cleaning when needed

• Assist with preparation for events or busy days

Schedule

We are ideally looking for someone available:

• 20-30 hours per week

• Some evening availability

• Occasional Saturdays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
