Ron Bouchard's Nissan Store is seeking a highly motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team! We are a reputable and customer-centric automotive service center who has been serving our community since 1986.
Core job responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers warmly and listening attentively to their vehicle and service needs.
- Working with customers to obtain detailed descriptions of vehicle problems and discusses work to be performed and/or future repair recommendations and requirements
Inspecting vehicles for visual damage, recording and communicating findings to technicians to ensure necessary repairs can be made
Providing cost estimates of vehicle repairs to customers
Consulting with customers to provide recommendations for service or warranties.
