Responsibilities - Experienced Auto Dealership Service Writer, Advisor:
Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers about service options and costs, schedule service, greet customers and answer questions, and offer additional services including special promotions.- Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work and ensure customers are satisfied.
- Maintain high CSI scores
Qualifications - Experienced Auto Dealership Service Writer, Advisor:
Required: Experienced Automotive Service Writer, Advisor- Excellent customer service, computer, sales, and communication skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
