Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
a. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
b. Ability to learn and understand the design and construction of all structural, mechanical, electrical and control and communication aspects various park & recreation building designs.
c. The ability to understand and analyze the aspects of each building relative to the vendors and the design of each.
d. The ability to learn and completely understand complex buildings and their relationship between all parties.
e. Fundamental understanding of various design and engineering aspects including electrical, mechanical, structural, etc. as they relate to each building.
f. May be required to perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

· a. 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree
· b. Previous construction experience.
· c. Previous experience in Estimating and Construction
· d. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· e. Microsoft Office, Excel and general office computer and software capabilities.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
