Social & Digital Media Specialist
We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social & Digital Media Specialist to join our growing agency team. In this role, you will develop, execute, and manage engaging social media content and digital campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Strategy
- Content Calendars: Develop and manage monthly content calendars across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Community Management: Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster active, engaged brand communities.
- Copywriting & Creative: Write compelling, on-brand captions and collaborate with the design team (or use tools like Canva) to create engaging visuals and short-form video.
Digital Advertising & Paid Media
- Campaign Execution: Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Adwords, Programmatic Digital platforms).
- Budget Management: Oversee ad budgets, targeting, and A/B testing to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Analytics & Reporting
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign metrics using native analytics and tools like Google Analytics.
- Reporting: Compile clear, client-friendly reports that highlight KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), campaign successes, and areas for improvement.
Trend Forecasting
- Stay ahead of the curve on algorithm updates, emerging platforms, and digital marketing trends to keep client strategies innovative.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of digital media, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and X.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools (e.g. Hootsuite) and basic design software (Canva).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and social/digital native dashboards to adjust strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple client accounts, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
