Assistant Manager – Growth Path to Center Manager

Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our fun, creative, and energetic team — with a clear growth track to become Center Manager.
About the Role:
The Assistant Manager helps ensure smooth daily operations while learning the ropes to eventually lead the center. You’ll assist with staff support, customer experience, marketing, and community outreach — all while making learning and play exciting for children and families.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Loves engaging and teaching children and adults.

Qualifications:
- Experience working with children ages 3 months – 5 years preferred.
- 1 years of leadership, retail, or membership sales experience.
- Strong customer service background.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Positive, outgoing personality with plenty of energy.
- Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role.
- Able to lift 25 lbs and stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
- Reliable transportation.
