Romp n’ Roll is a children’s enrichment center with franchise locations across the country, and we’re excited to be opening Arizona’s very first Romp n’ Roll in Gilbert this September! While we’re known for our engaging enrichment classes featuring gym, music, art, science, cooking, and more, we’re also famous for our unforgettable birthday parties. Every celebration is filled with active play, music, games, and magical moments that create lasting memories for children and their families—and you’ll play a key role in making those celebrations extraordinary.

What You’ll Do

• Lead unforgettable private birthday parties for children ages 1–6, bringing energy, excitement, and fun to every celebration while making each birthday child feel like the star of the show.
• Entertain and engage children and their grown-ups through games, music, movement, and interactive activities that keep everyone smiling.
• Create a seamless, stress-free experience by balancing fun with organization, keeping parties on schedule while allowing parents to relax and enjoy the celebration.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, making every family feel welcomed, celebrated, and excited to return for classes, parties, and future events.
• Work alongside an incredible team to set up, host, and wrap up parties while supporting one another to create unforgettable experiences.
• Learn, grow, and develop your skills through hands-on training and opportunities to grow alongside our founding team.

• Most birthday parties take place on Saturdays and Sundays, so weekend availability is required. Birthday Bash Leaders also have the opportunity to earn tips from the families they serve.
