You usually work from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
As an Auto Repair Customer Service Advisor, every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth! When customers call or visit, you speak with them about their automotive needs, document their concerns, and explain the recommended services. You provide estimates, share work information with the techs, and keep the customer updated on their vehicle's status.
