Romex Pest Control
Romex Pest Control is expanding and looking to add Customer Success Representatives to our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with a team, and creating positive customer experiences.
Schedule and Location
- Full-time, in-office position
- We are currently hiring for the following schedule:
- Monday-Friday 7 AM - 4 PM Rotating Saturdays 7 AM - 1PM
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
- Build trust with customers and resolve concerns or service requests
- Provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of interactions and process accounts
- Clear daily alerts by end of day
- Assist with account audits as needed
- Support the Billing team with monthly collection calls
- Process Tech Out requests
- Resolve escalated calls
- Work collaboratively with the team in a fun, supportive environment
Qualifications
- Phone experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- FieldRoutes/Pest Control experience is a PLUS
- Spanish-speaking ability is a PLUS
