What You’ll Be Doing:

- Keeping customers happy with great service and quick problem-solving
- Coaching the crew and keeping team vibes strong
- Multitasking like a pro in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house environment
- Taking care of inventory and making sure supplies are where they need to be
- Supporting with cash handling and basic administrative tasks
- Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and all that important behind-the-scenes stuff
- Open availability—weekends, nights, holidays—you get the idea
- Able to stand and move around for 3 hours at a time (it’s pizza, not a desk job!)
- A team player who thrives in a busy, high-energy setting
Excellent communication skills and a calm, can-do attitude - Someone who’s not afraid to jump in wherever needed
- Prior restaurant or shift leadership experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
