Who we are looking for

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our manufacturing facilities, someone who is passionate about delivering a high-quality employee experience while building strong partnerships across the business to deliver results.
In this role, you will work closely with leaders and employees to support the full spectrum of HR activities, helping to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and operational excellence. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career HR professional looking to grow into a strategic HR role within a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
What you will be responsible for
- Recruit non-exempt employees.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct new hire orientation.
- Coordinate with new hire benefits meetings and assist with annual open enrollment.
- Track hourly employee performance reviews and ensure they are completed by established deadlines.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, holiday events, recognition programs, and other company activities.
- Maintain confidential employee records through scanning, filing, and secure document shredding.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding company HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Generate HR reports and analyze metrics related to attendance, turnover, recruiting, and hiring.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
What we value
- Associate's or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a minimum of 2-4 years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience with recruiting, preferably in manufacturing.
- Foundational knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility
- Effective communicator with sound judgment and discretion
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Demonstrated learning agility and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with HRIS systems; ADP and Employee Navigator experience is preferred.
- Must be flexible with off-shift presence.
