What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate/Cashier position at Romeo and Juliet's?
Romeo and Juliet’s Adult Store is looking for a responsible, experienced Retail Associate for our Las Vegas, NV location.
The ideal candidate will help maintain an inviting shop atmosphere with well cared for product, displays, and excellent customer service. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Providing customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
- Processing customer purchases on assigned cash register, collects cash and distributes change as requested.
- Keeping all areas clean, sanitized and well merchandised.
- Taking inventory and maintaining records. Checking in and pricing merchandise as required or as directed by store manager.
- Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
- Quickly adapting to learning store systems and maintaining store equipment.
- Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
- Complying with all company policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers.
- Completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Retail Experience – 2 years
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends & holidays
- Must be comfortable working with adult themed merchandise
- Must be over 21
