Job Mission: Ensure effective production operations and optimize procedures with the understanding that production is critical to organizational goals. 

Responsibilities: 

• Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machines 
• Maintain clean equipment and a safe work environment 
• Follow all prescribed safety regulations; willing to wear all safety gear
• Measure, examine, and test completed parts/units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications 
• Read blueprints, drawings, and engineering information in order to determine methods and sequences of operations to fabricate products, determine product dimensions and tolerances 
• Ability to meet goals, quotas, deadlines
• Manage time, efficiency and performance

Required Experience: 

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with assisting tools such as a hoist

• Ability to use precision tools such as calipers to take accurate measurements

• Able to stand for long periods of time

• Monday thru Thursday: 6:00 AM-4:30 PM & Friday: 6:00 AM-12:00 PM (Please note hours could change depending on business needs)
