What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Guest Service Agent-1st & 2nd Shifts position at Rome Investments?
We're looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team Cave City, KY for a full-time, 32 hour per week position consisting of a mix of 1st and 2nd shifts.
- Greeting and checking in guests as they enter our hotel
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Assisting guests with their check in/check out process
- Escalate issues to management when necessary
- Fulfill all daily tasks with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean work area and appearance of front desk.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Assist in maintaining our complimentary breakfast
- Hotel laundry processing
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and be able to stand for periods of time.
- Must have a friendly, outgoing personality, be able to pass a background check.
- Hotel front desk experience required and must be documented on your resume.
- Hotel laundry experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
