Make a difference at the front door of patient care. As a Patient Access Advisor, you'll be one of the first people our patients meet. You'll help ensure a smooth check-in experience by accurately registering patients, verifying insurance, and supporting access to care.

Schedule
- 11:00 AM. – 7:00 PM.
- Register and check in patients for scheduled and walk-in services
- Explain forms, answer questions, and collect required signatures
- Verify insurance coverage and document prior authorizations
- Confirm physician orders and medical necessity per hospital policy
- Collect co-pays and other out-of-pocket expenses
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in hospital systems
- Experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, physician office, clinic) preferred, not required
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus
- Comfort using computers, keyboards, and office equipment
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to manage detailed information accurately in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
