Rome Health is currently accepting applications for a CT Supervisor within our progressive state of the art Medical Imaging Department.
The Candidate For This Position Will
EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program
EXPERIENCE: Hospital-based high productivity CT department experience w/ proficiency in invasive radiology procedures strongly preferred. Demonstrated leadership qualities.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: Current Active NYSDOH license to practice Radiography & ARRT (R) required; ARRT (CT) strongly preferred.

The Candidate For This Position Will
- Provide oversight of daily operations in the CT Dept.
- Secure staff coverage during short staffing times.
- Manage equipment issues in a timely manner.
- Assist Operations Manager with interviewing and selecting new employees
- provide communication to new, existing and per diem staff regarding information, changes, policies and staff compliance.
- Develops in-services and training for CT Staff.
- Serves as clinical instructor for SUNY CT program
- Leads by example with regards to Standards of Behavior and Standards of Performance.
- Provides valuable input for staff retention and recruitment.
