Job Overview
The Showroom/Office Coordinator is the welcoming face of our showroom and plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for our customers. This position supports showroom operations, assists customers prior to their scheduled estimates, and provides administrative support to management and sales teams.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist showroom customers, setting the tone for an excellent customer experience
- Share information about products, company history, and processes
- Book appointments, schedule service calls, and assist with basic design ideas when needed
- Communicate and follow up with Sales Representatives after customer visits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented showroom
- Ensure samples, displays, and brochures are current and neatly displayed
- Perform light cleaning of the showroom and restroom
- Keep organized filing systems and office records
- Prepare installation job folders, including paperwork verification and balances due
- Submit completed jobs to headquarters for closeout, including payment processing and document uploads
- Deposit checks as received
- Assist with job costing on select projects as directed
- Handle daily office tasks such as scanning, mailing, filing, ordering supplies, and processing payments
- Update samples for Sales Representatives
- Coordinate & host approximately 4–5 Home Depot open house events per year, with help of other employees
- Maintain updated schedules for installers and warehouse teams

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Comfortable working independently in a showroom/office environment where the pace varies. The ideal candidate can manage busy periods effectively while also taking initiative to remain productive during quieter times.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged sitting and computer use
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Repetitive hand and wrist movements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Face-to-face verbal communication with customers and team members
Salary & Benefits
Starting pay is $24 per hour with opportunity for annual raises. Weekly pay!
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Tuesday, Wed, Friday 8:30am-5pm, Thursday 11:30-8 and Saturday 9am-3pm.
