As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in scheduling, training, safety, and quality inspections—helping our teams deliver top-tier service every day.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control labor hours for assigned locations.
• Inspect sites using Otuvy to ensure top-quality results and customer satisfaction.
• Help develop and refine work schedules.
• Train and support site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards.
• Reassign work as needed to meet staffing or customer needs.
• Troubleshoot daily operational issues and communicate with management.
• Uphold all RBS/Client policies and procedures.
• Motivate and guide team members while building strong working relationships.
• Encourage employee input, ideas, and participation.
• Provide clear, honest performance feedback.
• Support employees by addressing concerns and offering guidance.
• Set high expectations and help your team reach them.
• Identify and mentor employees for leadership opportunities.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain sufficient equipment and supply inventory.
• Look for ways to improve methods, processes, and cost efficiency.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Step in to perform frontline duties when needed.
• Implement contractual changes when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in janitorial services preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with cleaning operations preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Must live within the Tri-City area.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow direction from management and customers.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office).
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude!
• Must be 18 , hold a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation, and pass a background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening.
