Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the division to ensure efficiency, collaboration, and overall success.
- Monitor operational and financial performance to help ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
- Review operational and performance reports to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and team development.
- Partner with leaders across departments to strengthen communication, align priorities, and solve challenges together.
- Coach, mentor, and support employees by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing needs, recruiting efforts, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
- Conduct performance evaluations and maintain regular communication to encourage employee engagement and success.
- Help develop and improve departmental processes, policies, and procedures that support operational excellence.
- Foster a culture built on accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and respect.
- Participate in strategic initiatives and support additional projects as needed.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of five years of related leadership or operational management experience.
Preferred:
- Certification through the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM).
