What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Department Associate position at Romano Toyota?
Romano Toyota has an immediate need for a couple of experienced Parts Department Team Members to join our busy Parts Department team. We are ideally looking for someone with Parts or Service experience but are willing to train the right person. We are looking for two Parts Counter Representatives. Both positions are full-time, overtime is available, and some Saturdays will be required.

Parts Counter Representative Benefits:

- The position starts at $55,000 per year and will be a combination of hourly and commission. This will be based on experience.

Parts Counter Representative Qualifications:
- Previous Parts Department or automotive experience is highly recommended but not required
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of electronic parts catalogs and parts operations is helpful but not necessary. We will train the right candidate
- Team Player & willingness to learn & grow with our Dealership Group
Parts Counter Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers & helping them with their auto parts & accessories needs
- Answering the phones, calling customers back, and taking phone orders
- Help coordinate with the Parts Department Manager, the Service Department & Sales Department
- Help keep track of & order parts
