Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a full-time Receptionist. This is an on-site role located in Rocky Hill, CT. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting customers, handling phone inquiries, coordinating appointments, and performing general clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling inquiries professionally
- Experience with Receptionist Duties and maintaining a clean, organized front desk
- Strong Clerical Skills, including scheduling and data entry
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering a positive experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and office equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
