YOU ARE:

YOU HAVE:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Chief of Staff, high-level Executive Assistant or similar role supporting final decision-makers.
- Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to company leadership.
- Experience consolidating communication, managing priorities and ensuring follow-through across teams.
- Strong writing skills for drafting crisp, professional correspondence and summaries.
- High-level initiative—you see opportunities for improvement and act on them.
- Experience working in law firms or other professional services firms.
YOU WOULD:
- Act as the Managing Partner’s right hand, ensuring priorities are clear, aligned and executed.
- Serve as the backstage operator, connecting dots between leadership, attorneys and staff to keep the firm moving in sync.
- Support the HR function through recruitment, onboarding, and fostering an aligned, engaged team culture.
- Drive accountability, preparation and follow-up from meetings.
- Consolidate and filter communications so the Managing Partner receives only the most critical, actionable information.
- Partner closely with the Executive Assistants to ensure calendars, commitments and communications are aligned.
- Anticipate needs, identify bottlenecks and implement solutions before they become problems.
- Drive key initiatives forward while keeping the Managing Partner and leadership team focused on top priorities.
