The Romano Auto Dealerships are looking for a few Service Advisors for our growing dealerships. We have open positions at many of our locations, which include:

- Mercedes-Benz of Syracuse (Fayetteville)

The Service Advisor role requires someone that is passionate about taking care of customers and helping them turn what could be an unpleasant event into a positive experience. The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities.
- Must be team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Automotive industry experience preferred but not required. Experience with one of our brands is a plus (Toyota, Subaru, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Volkswagen or Chrysler Jeep).
- Strong communication skills.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid U.S. driver's license with a good driving record.

In this position, your primary focus will be to guide the customer experience from initial contact through vehicle pick-up. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Greeting customers warmly and listening carefully to their concerns.
- Clearly translating technical findings from our technicians into understandable language and explanations for customers.
- Creating accurate repair orders and providing precise, transparent cost estimates.
- Recommending necessary maintenance and additional services to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
- Managing the Service Technician workflow, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely service delivery.
The successful candidate will be driven by a passion for service excellence, possess strong organizational skills, and show a steadfast commitment to maintaining the trust that our customers place in us.
