Position Overview:
As a Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation Attorney, you will represent clients in personal injury and workers' compensation cases. You will be responsible for managing cases from start to finish, including case research, legal analysis, negotiation, and court representation. Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of personal injury and workers' compensation cases from inception through resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance companies, and medical professionals.
- Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
- Maintain excellent client relationships by providing timely updates and demonstrating strong customer service.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing knowledge and resources to ensure best outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
