About Us
Roman Events is a professional event decoration company specializing in weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and other special occasions. We are looking for experienced event setup professionals to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Set up and dismantle event décor at various venues
Load, unload, and transport event equipment and decorations
Install backdrops, balloon décor, draping, centerpieces, signage, lighting, and other decorative elements
Move tables, chairs, props, and décor items as needed
Follow setup plans and ensure a high-quality presentation
Work efficiently with the team to complete event setups on schedule
Requirements
Previous experience in event setup, venue decoration, or event production is required
Experience decorating venues for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, or similar occasions
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation to event locations in and around San Jose
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
