What you'll do
- Framing, trim, and finish carpentry on residential projects
- Read plans and measurements and turn them into accurate, square work
- Work alongside your crew to keep jobs on schedule and job sites clean
- Communicate with your crew manager about progress, problems, and materials
What we're looking for
- 3 consecutive years of carpentry experience
- Currently working in construction
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license to get to job sites
- Shows up on time, every day, ready to work
