What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pianist position at ROMAN CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF RICHMOND?
St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Chesterfield, Virginia is seeking a skilled and dedicated pianist to provide accompaniment for 3 Weekend Masses, Holy Days, other special liturgies including but not limited to weddings and funerals at the parish, rehearsals and other special events as requested/scheduled, under the direction of the Music Coordinator.
Working in collaboration with the Music Coordinator and under the direction of the Pastor, the accompanist helps foster reverent, joyful, and participatory worship in keeping with the liturgical traditions of the Roman Catholic Church.
