Saint Joseph Catholic School in Petersburg, VA is seeking a full-time Advancement Director to lead our efforts in enrollment management, marketing, fundraising, and community engagement.
The Advancement Director will develop and implement strategies to attract and retain students, manage the admissions process, and strengthen relationships with prospective families.
This role oversees all marketing and communications, including the school website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials, and works to increase the school’s visibility within the parish and wider community.
The Advancement Director will plan and lead fundraising campaigns, cultivate donor and alumni relationships, seek grant opportunities, and coordinate special events such as galas and auctions.
Additional responsibilities include supporting families through the tuition assistance process and collaborating closely with the Pastor, parish staff, Principal, School Advisory Board, faculty, and parent volunteers.
