Job Description
We are a high-performance real estate brokerage seeking a disciplined Inside Sales Associate responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting. This role is built for individuals who are comfortable on the phone, can handle rejection, and are driven by measurable results.
Candidates who have succeeded in this role typically come from call centers, SDR roles, BDC (automotive), collections, or high-volume inside sales environments. Real estate experience is a plus, not required
You will start as an Inside Sales Associate (ISA), mastering outbound calls, lead qualification, and appointment setting. High performers with expected KPI's will be promoted into an ISA Manager role within 6–9 months, leading and coaching a team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our listing agents. What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners using company data/dialer
- Qualify seller motivation, timeline, and property fit
- Set high-quality appointments for the listing team
- Follow up consistently by call, text, and email
- Maintain clean CRM notes, statuses, and next-step tasks
- Hit daily/weekly KPI targets in a structured office environment
- Partner with our AI ISA systems to improve follow-up and conversion quality
