Join an exciting opportunity as a Logistics Manager at Romac, a newly created role driven by the growth of our organization. In this position, you’ll oversee the movement, storage, and distribution of materials, from inbound through outbound delivery to ensure operations run efficiently and cost-effectively. You’ll guide logistics strategy, lead warehouse and transportation functions, and strengthen vendor partnerships. You’ll play a key part in improving operational performance and supporting dependable product delivery across all Romac sites, and continue shaping opportunities that make a difference in sustainable water distribution and beyond.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate transportation activities across the supply chain, including inbound, outbound, and customer deliveries
- Plan and optimize routes, select carriers, and ensure on-time distribution of products
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory levels, and order fulfillment processes
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers, vendors, and logistics partners
- Lead and develop logistics teams to achieve safety, service, and cost objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management in a leadership role
- Skills in managing teams and coordinating cross-functional operations
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with logistics systems, TMS, ERP tools, or related technologies (Preferred: Oracle ERP, certifications such as APICS, Lean, Six Sigma)
