What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wall Panel Fabricator position at RoMac Building Supply?
RoMac Wall Panel has openings for experienced wall fabricators on first and second shift at our new location in The Villages. RoMac has been a cornerstone of the Central Florida community since 1945, providing high-quality building materials and services. As a locally owned business, we are dedicated to fostering strong community relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.
This position consists of assembling cut pieces of lumber from drawings and using a commercial staple gun with metal plates to put them together.
Prior experience is preferred.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift pieces of lumber, up to 60 lb
- Work in an outdoor environment
- Read a tape measure
- Follow all safety procedures
- Work well in a team environment
- Ability to show up regularly and on time
- Positive attitude
- Truss building, construction or framing experience preferred
- Bilingual a plus, must be able to understand English
This position is for either first or second shift.
