Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and project requirements.
- Develop architectural designs and plans using Revit.
- Ensure designs comply with Florida building codes and regulations.
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders for feedback.
- Work closely with construction teams to ensure design integrity during the building process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architectural design.
- Lead Design team
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in Architecture or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit software and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of Florida building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and presentations.
- Previous management experience preferred
- Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
