About the Role

As the Business Partner Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both current and prospective Business Partners. You will promote and sell Roma’s products by taking a consultative approach, understanding your partner's needs, and guiding them toward the best solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment in messaging, promotions, and sales efforts, driving long-term revenue growth.

What You Will Own

  • Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell Roma’s products and services to both existing and prospective business partners, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their needs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with partners to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and continued business growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Plan and execute a personal sales strategy focused on maximizing return on time investment within your assigned territory.
  • Lead Generation: Actively pursue new leads and referrals from field activities, marketing campaigns, and industry networking.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-person visits, virtual meetings, and phone calls to understand partner needs and provide solutions through a consultative sales approach.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Accounting, and Logistics to align messaging, campaigns, and promotions to drive sales.
  • Presentations and Proposals: Prepare detailed sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to facilitate successful business relationships.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Submit timely reports, including activity summaries, pipeline status, partner feedback, and goal progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Roma at trade shows, industry events, and marketing activations to generate leads and expand brand awareness.
  • Onboarding and Mentorship: Assist with the onboarding and mentorship of new sales team members as required.
  • Ongoing Learning: Stay informed about the competitive landscape, industry trends, and new product opportunities, applying insights to enhance sales performance.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by the National Sales Leader to contribute to the company’s success.

  • You have successfully generated new business, expanded existing accounts, and contributed to revenue growth within your assigned territory.
  • You have built solid, long-term relationships with key partners, resulting in high levels of partner satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Your personal sales strategy has resulted in measurable success, meeting or exceeding your sales targets.
  • You have effectively collaborated with internal teams to ensure that marketing campaigns, promotions, and partner outreach are aligned and driving results.

Bonus Points If You…

  • Have experience in B2B sales, particularly in the home décor, custom framing, or art industries.
  • Are familiar with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting tools.
  • Have a proven track record of relationship-building and consultative sales success.
