- Responsible for the layout from digital files for roadway paving and pipe projects. Use global positioning system (GPS) and total-station positioning system (TPS) controlled instruments for the site layout and paving setup. Read plans, create sketches and notify leader of any discrepancies to plans with field layout.
- Ability to work hourly full time, generally 7:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays
- More/less hours may be required based on weather conditions and project demands
- Winter layoff may occur annually
Required Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum of at least 18 years of age
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, shop drawings, rebar schedules, and specifications

- Physical Requirements
- Stand for long periods of time, as well as kneel, crouch and/or crawl
- Carry tools and equipment, frequently lift and carry materials weighing 25-100 lbs
- Climb up and down ladders
- Be able to see (naturally or with correction)
- General labor experience working in the outdoors
- Experience with GPS or TPS
- Post-secondary education in construction
