We are looking for dependable, hardworking team members who can help keep operations organized, efficient, and moving overnight.
Position Overview
This is a hands-on overnight warehouse operations role responsible for supporting daily warehouse and cross-dock activities. You will work directly on the floor helping manage freight flow, truck loading/unloading, dock organization, and communication with drivers and dispatch.
This role is ideal for someone with warehouse or logistics experience who wants more responsibility and growth opportunity in a fast-paced operation.
Responsibilities
Assist with overnight warehouse and cross-dock operations
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Organize freight and maintain dock cleanliness
Help coordinate freight flow and staging
Support communication between drivers, warehouse staff, and dispatch
Track shipments and update basic system information
Help maintain on-time operational performance
Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational standards
What We’re Looking For
Forklift experience required
Warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized
