E-commerce & Performance Marketer – US Focus

To strengthen our international marketing team, we are looking for a smart, hands-on E-commerce & Performance Marketer with a strong focus on the US market. Someone who understands how traffic, conversion and webshop performance work together, and who knows how to turn data and insights into practical actions that drive growth.
This role is part of the international marketing team at Rollz HQ in Delft in The Netherlands. You will work remotely, across all our markets, with the US as a clear priority.
What you will do
As E-commerce & Performance Marketer, you will help grow our online business across all our markets through stronger webshop performance, better conversion and more effective traffic generation. In this role, you will take the lead on performance marketing and e-commerce optimisation, with the US as a clear commercial priority.
You combine thinking and doing. You know how to analyse performance, improve the funnel and make digital channels work harder. You are comfortable taking ownership, setting priorities and working closely with colleagues in marketing, sales and other specialist areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- taking ownership of webshop revenue, conversion and traffic, with a strong focus on the US market
- helping shape and execute the e-commerce and performance roadmap in close alignment with marketing and sales
- managing and optimising performance marketing activities, including SEO, SEA, paid social and CRO
- improving the customer journey across webshops, landing pages, product pages and funnels
- identifying opportunities to improve traffic quality, conversion and online sales
- setting up, monitoring and evaluating tests and experiments to improve performance over time
- analysing data and translating insights into concrete actions and priorities
- helping strengthen Rollz’s DTC performance and online commercial effectiveness
- supporting growth on channels such as Amazon and other relevant digital touchpoints
- working closely with logistics, customer service and trade marketing to improve the end-to-end online customer experience
- coordinating with freelancers, agencies or external specialists where relevant
- exploring how AI tools can support optimisation, analysis, testing and workflow efficiency
Who you are
You are analytical, commercially minded and hands-on. You enjoy improving digital performance and know that growth often comes from making the right choices consistently over time. You understand both the numbers and the customer behind them.
We are looking for someone with:
- a few years of experience in e-commerce, performance marketing or digital growth
- hands-on experience with SEO, SEA, CRO and web analytics
- experience working with webshops, landing pages, product pages and conversion-focused journeys
- a good understanding of what drives online revenue, traffic quality and customer behaviour
- experience with performance channels, funnel optimisation and testing
- experience with Amazon, DTC e-commerce or lead generation is a plus
- the ability to translate data into action and keep improving through testing, learning and scaling
- a practical, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- strong analytical skills and confidence working with dashboards and performance data
- the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales and operational teams
- experience with AI tools for optimisation, analysis or workflow efficiency is a plus
- excellent command of English, US experience is a plus
- affinity with consumer health, lifestyle, mobility or medtech is a plus, but not required
